Our tobacco grows in volcanic soils enriched by centuries of natural cycles. Only the finest Negro de San Andrés leaves are selected, traditionally cured, and aged for several years to develop their unmistakable depth and aroma.
We practice cyclical cultivation that allows the land to rest, ensuring the same quality today and for the generations to follow.
From Field to Smoke, The Production Process

Cultivation
Seedlings are raised in volcanic soil and transplanted by hand. Each plant is tended daily through roughly three months in the field.

Harvesting
Leaves are picked in sections from the bottom of the plant upward, so each priming is taken at its own moment of ripeness.
- 03
Fermentation
Cured leaf is stacked into pilones and turned regularly. Controlled heat and humidity draw out harshness and build depth of flavour.

Ageing
Fermented tobacco rests in bales for several years, settling and softening until the aroma is fully rounded.

Selection
Every leaf is graded by hand for colour, texture and strength, then matched to its role as filler, binder or wrapper.

Rolling
Master torcedores build each cigar entirely by hand at the Real Fábrica, bunching, binding and wrapping to a set draw.
- 07
Quality Control
Cigars are checked for weight, draw, construction and finish. Anything that falls short of the standard never leaves the factory.

Packaging
Approved cigars rest in cedar before being banded and boxed by hand, ready to travel without losing their character.
