The factory in Querétaro, where finished tobacco is opened and processed.
Control de calidad
Inside the Factory
Finished tobacco arrives at the factory to be opened and processed, with the oldest bales always opened first.
Cházaro controls the complete chain, from seed germination in the seedbeds through to commercialisation. Many brands outsource manufacturing and have no say over where their tobacco comes from; we do neither.
None of the tobacco we produce is sold to other companies. All of it is reserved for Cházaro's own cigars, and production is being grown to meet rising demand.
More on in-factory production, rolling and blending to follow.
